If you find what you need, ask the owner whether you can borrow it. Znaide helps you find the thing and keep track, while you arrange the handoff between yourselves.
When you lend something out, mark it as borrowed so you can see who has it now and keep it in view until it comes back.

Znaide is built around private Circles of people you know and trust. You choose where your things are shared. Your Circle catalogue is not turned into a public marketplace.

You choose which Circles an item is shared with. People in those Circles can see the item you have chosen to share with them. Your Circle catalogue is not a public marketplace.
No. Znaide is built for sharing useful things with people you already know and trust. It does not turn your things into public listings and it is not designed for buying, selling or renting between strangers.
Yes. A Circle can be your family, a group of friends, neighbours, a book club, people you travel with or another group you trust.
Anything useful that makes sense to share with your Circle — tools, camping and sports equipment, electronics, children's things, books, games, music equipment, travel gear and more.
Yes. You can share the same item with more than one Circle. You choose where each item is visible.
Yes. When you hand an item to someone, you can mark it as borrowed and keep track of who currently has it.
Yes. You can still ask about an item even when it is currently borrowed. The owner and borrower can arrange the details directly.
No. Znaide is a web app, so you can use it in a supported browser. You can also add or install it on your phone where your browser supports that.
Znaide is designed to work as a mobile-friendly web app on supported modern browsers. Installation options differ between Android and iPhone.
